Our team at Playa Flamenca Property Sales specializes in exclusive properties close to the popular beaches of Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campoamor. Playa Flamenca History
As a small group of Flemish investors, we first came to Spain in the 70s when Playa Flamenca was a barren - but beautiful - land of opportunity. We were the first foreign company in Spain constituted with 100% foreign capital. In fact, parliament approval was needed for this, and even getting a telephone line took 6 months! A second telephone line cost a small fortune in those days, too!
